Change your shopping habits to save a fortune!
There is no doubt that a significant chunk of any household income each month will go on food and clothing for the family. Even though there are other significant outlays such as gas, electric and water to name but a few, there are significant savings to be made by simply tweaking your monthly shopping habits.
Next time you are at the local supermarket, continue to shop as normal and taken note of how much you spend each and every month on food and clothing. Once you have reviewed your figures at the end of the month change your habits slightly for the following month and exchange even just a small number of items for the supermarkets own brand products. You will very soon notice a significant saving on your monthly food budget and while some of the own brand products may not be as tasty as the more expensive items surely this is something you can live with in the short term?
The purpose of this exercise is to show that by simply exchanging a small number of premium brand products for supermarket own brand products there are substantial savings to be made on an almost daily basis. You will be surprised by what you spend on food and clothing each month and you will be surprised at the significant savings you can make with very little effort.
