Would you dare haggle over the price of a new car?

Many people believe that the UK car industry will come down from the current high in 2010 and will effectively be open to haggling by consumers. The car scrappage scheme has given the sector a massive boost during 2009 but this has now ended and the sector is trying to make up for the impact which the scrappage scheme has had on new car sales. So would you dare haggle over the price of a new car?

More and more experts in the UK motor industry believe that consumers will benefit enormously during 2010 with expectations of large price reductions across the board in relation to new cars. There is even the opportunity for consumers to haggle over the price of a new car and the various additions which can often sway a deal. Haggling is past time and a skill which is evident in many countries around the world but one which the UK public have often shied away from due to embarrassment. However, now may be the time to sit back and name your price and see if you can chance your luck!

Are you brave enough to stand there and demand a discount on your new car purchase?
