Who are we?

What do you mean you've never heard of us?

That's probably because we are relatively new!

We are an innovative team based in Brighton who specialise in setting up consumer-friendly advice websites.

We know how frustrating it can be when dealing with professionals and jargon when all you want is a straight answer.

The last thing we want is to put visitors off our site by using big words with unclear meanings. That's why we'll talk to you in plain English; we want you to find us helpful and effective.

If proof were needed, the recent financial collapse and cut back on government benefits has perhaps demonstrated the value and safety of smaller mutual organizations. Shepherds listen to what their customers want and have designed bespoke products and schemes around their customers' needs. Although this might sound very similar to what everyone else has to say, Shepherds genuinely provide this great service.

Shepherds friendly put their policy holders first. They do not pay dividends to any shareholders. Their objective is simply to give their members, who own the business, the best possible care and financial return that they can.
