Selling your goods on eBay could raise you some much needed cash
As we covered in the previous post there are many bargains to be found for those interested in looking amongst the thousands of auctions on eBay. Alternatively more and more people are using eBay as a place to dump unused goods or items which they have no further use for. By selecting the right categories, the right time to sell and starting at a low price (to attract interest) it is possible to raise significant funds.
While they say one persons junk is another person's bargain this has never been more so than on eBay with people literally willing to buy anything. It is easy to forget that some of those bidding on eBay may actually be in a worse financial situation that yourself and be happy to bag a bargain for themselves or their family.
As with buying goods on eBay, there are a number of rules which you need to obey if you are looking to sell goods on eBay. Describe what you are selling, not what you think you are selling, if it has a scratch or a chip mention it because many people are not bothered and will still bid.
Collecting the cash could not be easier with PayPal used by the vast majority to collect payments online before you deliver the goods. Never deliver goods until funds have been received and cleared.
