Are unsecured loans the answer to your financial woes?
As more and more loan applications are turned down by the leading lights of the UK financial sector it seems as though many are now trawling the bottom rung of the ladder desperate for assistance. Unsecured loans and so called door step lenders are now becoming all the rage across the UK but are they the answer? Are they the way forward out of your mess?
The main concern is that many people who are feeling the financial pinch do not see any way out other than to look at loans where interest rates are sky high and penalties are enormous. However, in reality there are many places which offer financial advice free of charge for people in every possible situation you could imagine. The door stop lender and the cowboy loan sharks are not your only choice and in a perfect world should not even be a consideration.
The government has opened up a number financial assistance help lines and the Citizens Advice Bureau also offers a very thorough and helpful service. Find out what your rights are, what you are entitled to and what (if anything) may be at risk if you look at trying to broker an agreement with your creditors.
Now is the time to call a halt to your spiral downwards, not make matters worse.
